Flag

Translate through flags

React to any message with a flag emoji to translate it to the official language(s) of the selected flag's country.

You can translate a message by simply reacting to it with a flag emoji; the bot will detect the country and translate to all the official languages of that country.

How to react

  1. Move your mouse over the message you wish to translate
  2. Click on the emoji icon that appears on the side
  3. Scroll down in the emojis list to select a flag

If you are using the mobile App, then hold on the message to bring up the message menu, then select 'Add Reaction'.

Translation Destination

By default, translations are sent to the same channel of the original message. To send the translation to the user directly through a private message (DM/PM), follow the following process:

  1. Visit Dashboard
  2. Select your server
  3. Select Server Settings
  4. Translate through Flags > Flag Destination > User (DM)

Manage Permissions

Decide who can translate with flags:

  1. Visit Dashboard
  2. Select your server
  3. Select Server Settings
  4. Translate through Flags > Flag Permissions

Alternatively, you can configure permission for a specific category or specific channels individually.
